Rep Your Waters sun gaiters are neck tubes to keep the sun off while fishing, hiking or anything else outdoors. They are made in Denver, Colorado out of two buttery soft Italian fabrics, one slightly perforated for ventilation and the other solid for maximum UPF protection.
