Rio HE Man Jig Black Bead – Jig Hare’s Ear Nymph – Most anglers know how effective the classic hare’s ear nymph is. RIO’s HE Man is a variation of this classic, tied on a jig hook and with a tungsten bead for weight in either matte black (with a hot spot of thread) or a gold bead version.
