The Black and Red Holo Diawl Bach is a fly pattern which was born by mistake. This colour combination nymph features the sombre colours of black running through the body and tail, however, with the addition of the red holographic rib and incorporation of holographic chartreuse cheeks this fly also has somebright target points.

This is a particularly good nymph when fishing the washing line method for stocked fish.
