The Picky Fish Damsel is an unusual damsel nymph pattern due to the little piece of foam on the head and wing case of the fly. The foam keeps this damsel just barely buoyant which can make for an effective fly choice on sink-tip or full sinking lines with the fly floating just above the weeds or just under the surface.
